1 Election of Chair
Peter Burns was nominated by Bob Warner and seconded by Filipa Hinton. PB signed his
declaration of acceptance.
2 Review and Adoption of Standing Orders and Financial Regulations
Standing Orders and Financial Regulations circulated to all Councillors and current regulations
have been adopted.
3 Declaration of Interests
There have been no changes to Councillors interests, and there were no interests to declare
regarding items on the agenda.
4 Minutes of the meeting held on the 15th March 2022
Minutes of the last meeting were signed by the Chairman.
5 Matters Arising
5.1 Westhall Hill Footpath
Clerk reported the damaged barn roof to the Footpath Officer who assessed the site and took
pictures. Laminated signs have now been put up to warn people about the dangers.
5.2 Trees by Orchard Road
Clerk received another call from a resident complaining about the overgrown trees and asking for
the council to sort out trimming them back.
PB to take a look at the trees to see what action needs to be taken.
5.3 New Website
The new parish website in now up and running www.fulbrookvillage.net.
Councillors to submit a photo and bio to be added to the website
6 Reports from County and District Councillors
No reports.
7 Amenities
7.1 Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Event
Everything has now been organised for the Jubilee Event, Angela to sort getting a team together to
help with the preparation and the clear up.

7.2 Plant Sale
The plant sale was a huge success and the total amount of takings for the day were and amazing
£1219.30. This money will go towards the Queens Platinum Jubilee Event and towards the
upgrades to the playpark.
8 Planning
No current planning applications to discuss

9 Speedwatch
PB has now taken some sample data from the new speed camera to look through which has been
successful. The plan going forward is to start collecting it and passing it to FH to analyse.
PB to speak to FH about the data analysis.
10 Playpark
The play park markings have now been completed and look great!
11 Financial Statement
11.1 Financial statement for March agreed at the meeting.
11.2 Audit 2021/22
The Audit forms for 2021/22 has been received from Moore UK with a submission deadline of 30th
June. This is currently being prepared and John Yeatman will be carrying out the internal audit.
The period for the exercise of Public Rights is scheduled for the 6th June to 15th July.
12 Climate Change
MT is working with Lucy Staveley to try and change some of our verges into an ‘Oasis for Nature’
by adding some wild flowers to them.
MT to meet with McCrackens to discuss leaving some of the verges off there trimming
schedule.
13 Date of the next meeting
The next meeting of FPC will take place on Thursday 20th July to be held in the Parish Church of
St James the Great
