1 Parishioners Participation
Nothing to report
2 Declaration of interests
There have been no changes to Councillors interests, and there were no interests to declare
regarding items on the agenda.
3 Minutes of the meeting held on the 30th November 2021.
Minutes of the last meeting were signed by the Chairman.
4 Matters Arising
4.1) Vacancy on the Parish Council
Mike Thompson has recently resigned as a Councillor therefore they is now a vacancy for a new
one.
Clerk to add the vacancy in the next newsletter.
4.2) Meeting with SSE
MT will be representing the PC during a meeting which will be taking place through Teams with a
nominated person from SSE. The meeting is due to take place on the 12th January and MT will
report back to the Clerk with the results of said meeting.

4.3) Dog Waste Bin – Garnes Lane
Clerk has contacted WODC regarding the Dog Bin on Garnes Lane which is now overflowing and
asked them to empty it and see whether this can also be replaced with a new combination bin. This
bin doesn’t seem to be on WODC’s radar so needs to be added.
Clerk to follow up if this hasn’t been emptied and received no reply.
5 Reports from County and District Councillors
No reports from the County and District Councillors.
6 Amenities
6.1 Queens Platinum Jubilee
Angela Weller has joined the Amenities Group and will be taking lead on planning the Queens
Platinum Jubilee Event which will take place in June.
Alongside the hire of the toilets and the confirmation of the drinks license Angela already has a
few volunteers on board. Angela suggested that those interested in volunteering should contact
Sarah (Clerk) or Angela directly. Angela has proposed a coordination meeting to take place on the

th February at 7pm.
Clerk to add details of event to the newsletters and BW to complete a risk assessment of his
land where the event will be taking place.

7 Planning
No current planning applications to discuss
8 Speedwatch
PB and MT to check the box, if there is no key Clerk to contact the company we purchased
the camera from.
9 Playpark
Plans have been distributed round the Councillors to start with adding markings to the tarmac The
plans and quote has been agreed by all the councillors.
Clerk to email Richard from Sovereign Play to start the process.
10 Financial Statement
10.1 Financial statement for November/December agreed at the meeting.
11 Climate Change
Nothing new to report, MT keeping up to date.
12 Date of the next meeting
The next meeting of FPC will take place on Tuesday 15
th March at 7:00pm to be held in the Parish
