5 Matters arising
5.1) Trees by Orchard Row
PB has been to investigate the trees situated by Orchard Row and it looks like they have grown
close to the electrical sub station meaning it may be dangerous to get them cut back.
Further investigation needed before a decision is made.
5.2) Burford Bridge
A discussion has been had to request a structural survey to be completed by OCC to assess the
rebuilding of the brigde and to look into adding a footbridge for pedestrians to have safer access
when walking from Fulbrook into Burford. PB and Peter Higgs also discussed making a joint
application to show the plan for the footbridge and to find out what restraints there would be. A
pre-application can be made through the Environmental agency to find out the restraints, this
would cost around £250.
PB to write a formal email to Peter Higgs, the Mayor of Burford.
